On Sep 21, 2018, DHS informed the federal court, that they expect the proposed H4 EAD withdrawal rule to be published for public comments within 3 months i.e. approximately around the first week of January 2019 or late December 2018.DHS also informed that it has completed their portion of the rule-making work and has sent it to the USCIS for their review. Upon receiving the final updates from the USCIS the rule will be immediately sent for OMB review (public comments period of 30 to 90 days).The
