Due to the national emergency in fighting the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the USCIS will continue to operate but with limited to no contact with the public. The USCIS has instructed all domestic field offices to issue cancellation notices for:
• Naturalization
• Asylum
• Application support center for fingerprinting
• Green Card interviews that are employment-based and family-based.
The cancellation notices for certain cases shall be automatically rescheduled with a new time, date and location for the interview. Upon resuming normal operations, the USCIS will automatically reschedule Application Support Center appointments.
