Issue: Source of Funds

Client received an RFE to clarify further the source of funds investment from multiple giftors even though provided initially. There were five + giftors and multiple bank
accounts and sources at issue.

Emandi Law Strategy:

Created a diagram of all giftors funds/ bank accounts. Demonstrated all respective
accounts from each giftor into the respective EB5 investor.

Results

RFE approved within 3 weeks for the source of funds and green card received
within 2 months for the EB5 investor.
